ABOUT Serving the B2B (business-to-business) industry since 1990, has provided me with an education in a variety of business activities and marketing strategies. With and without the title of "professional writer" my carefully crafted words have assisted numerous individuals and businesses increase sales, customer relations and client retention - ultimately increasing the bottom line - net profits! Until 2002, my entrepreneurial experience revolved around the Internet, from web design, content development, search engine optimization and networking. As the Internet evolved, so too did my skills and the services I offered. In 2000, I restructured my business to focus primarily on Virtual Administration for small and medium sized businesses, hence I obtained certification in Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing Business Strategies and Virtual Administration. About the same time as the business concept for Cybergal Virtual Assistance began to take off - I was forced to take leave from the business for health reasons and a new P.O.A. (plan-of-action) was imminent. In 2004, it became obvious that I could no longer effectively operate the CVA Business and was forced to shut down. I have been freelance writing for over 20 years, but until 2005 it was mostly as a 'side-thing' to satisfy my creative needs and supplement my income. In 2005, I realized the demand for commercial business writers and knew that this was a niche service I could provide in spite of my health conditions. Having already written, copy-edited and produced hundreds of business and marketing plans and documents - it seemed only right to write for others. Be it a 300 page
employee handbook, a business's website content, an operational guide,
instructional tech sheets, business or marketing proposals and plans, or a
simply a letter to debtors, creditors, shareholders or clients - I am able
to deliver clear, concise and engaging documents, ensuring client
satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
I have published numerous articles, how-to ebooks and white-papers, blogs, newsletters and biographies for my self and to satisfy the needs of numerous clients. I also write poetry, short stories and novels. I have received numerous awards for my poetry and stories, and I currently have several novels in various stages of completion. Writing is more than just a job, or thing I do - it is a passion!
